Taylor Furniture Ltd designs and manufactures bespoke wall-to-wall wardrobes tailored to the dimensions and character of each home. From floor-to-ceiling fitted wardrobes with integrated drawers and shelving to fully customised storage solutions, every commission is handcrafted to maximise storage while creating a seamless and elegant appearance.
Designed to make full use of the available wall space, these bespoke wardrobes combine generous storage capacity with balanced proportions and clean architectural detailing. The layout incorporates full-height hanging wardrobes, a central bank of drawers and additional overhead cupboards, creating a practical storage solution that feels integrated with the room rather than freestanding furniture.
Finished in Little Greene Paint Company's Boringdon Green, the cabinetry introduces a subtle depth of colour while maintaining a calm and timeless appearance. Traditional shaker detailing, carefully considered mouldings and understated ironmongery help the furniture sit comfortably within both contemporary and period interiors.
Every commission is designed around the individual requirements of the client. This wardrobe arrangement combines long hanging storage, shelving, spacious drawers and overhead cupboards to maximise capacity while keeping everyday items organised and easily accessible.
The central chest of drawers provide dedicated storage for smaller garments and accessories, while the surrounding wardrobes offer flexible storage for clothing bedding and seasonal items. By tailoring the internal layout to suit the room and its intended use, the result is a storage solution that works efficiently for everyday living.
Manufactured in our Derbyshire workshop, these wardrobes feature painted shaker doors and drawer fronts paired with warm oak interiors, creating a subtle contrast between the exterior and internal storage spaces.
Particular attention was given to the quality of construction throughout the project. The drawers are built using traditional dovetail joints in solid oak, providing strength, durability and smooth operation for years of daily use. From the fitted installation through to the final painted finish, every element is carefully crafted to create furniture that is built to last.
