Each bathroom vanity commission is individually designed around the proportions, layout and overall interior style of the room.
Careful consideration is given to practical day-to-day use, including adequate space for cleaning and maintenance, while ensuring the furniture remains visually balanced within the space.
Vanity heights are bespoke set to suit both the chosen basin design and the individual requirements of the client, creating cabinetry that feels comfortable and natural to use.
Our bathroom cabinetry is predominantly handcrafted internally from 18mm tulipwood high-grade plywood, selected for its long-term stability and durability within bathroom environments.
Internal cabinetry components are treated with a natural waterproof lacquer, while drawer boxes are traditionally constructed in dovetailed oak.
Externally, all visible timber surfaces are manufactured using either solid tulipwood for hand-painted finishes or carefully selected hardwoods finished in a chosen stain and protective waterproof lacquer.
For both durability and visual refinement, we frequently recommend bespoke stone vanity tops, professionally templated and fitted to suit the individual furniture design and basin selection.
Many bathroom commissions are also complemented with wall panelling and additional fitted detailing to create a cohesive and long-lasting interior finish throughout the room.
Storage layouts are individually planned around how each client intends to use the space, incorporating a considered balance of cupboards and drawer storage where appropriate.
Pipework and essential services are carefully concealed within the cabinetry without compromising the overall design, allowing the finished furniture to maintain a clean and uncluttered appearance.
To complement the cabinetry, we also offer access to an extensive range of high-quality architectural hardware, including British-made solid brass ironmongery available in a wide variety of finishes to suit both contemporary and traditional interiors.
